About Me

I’ve been a therapist for over 10 years and I love it! I know it’s cliché, but I have always felt like this is my calling in life. Being a therapist has been more rewarding than I could have imagined. I want my clients to walk out of my office each session with a new understanding, concrete skills, and hope for their future. I am in your corner and want to help you live your best life! Things may seem hopeless, but I have seen so many lives transformed through therapy. I want to instill that hope in you and guide you on your path to a better life.

I’m a Colorado native who loves the outdoors and all four seasons. I’m an extrovert and I get energy and inspiration from the amazing people around me. Going out to eat with good friends is one of my favorite things to do. I’m married to a great man and a mother of 2 littles which keeps me super busy. Family is the best and the hardest thing I’ve ever done. I love to help families, whether they are dealing with a transition (like newly married or new parents) or if they are going through super challenging times.

Family is the foundation of our society and worth fighting for!

My Resume

I received my undergraduate degree from Brigham Young University in Psychology, then I earned my Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of Denver and I’m licensed in the State of Colorado as a professional counselor (LPC).
