I am the founder and director of Thrive Relational Recovery. My vision for our clinic is to bring in the very best therapists and provide them with the highest quality training so that our clients can find a place of true healing and growth! I am passionate about helping individuals and families find joy, peace and harmony in their personal lives and interpersonal relationships. I absolutely love my work and learn daily as I witness the strength and resilience of my amazing clients.

I am also a devoted wife and mother of 3, and my heart belongs to them and to my faith. My life experience in these areas has made me who I am and contributes greatly to my approach in helping my clients.

My Resume

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who works with individual adults and adolescents, couples and families. I completed my undergraduate work at Brigham Young University in Psychology and my graduate work at Loma Linda University in Marriage and Family Therapy. I hold licenses in Marriage and Family Therapy in both California and Colorado, and have been practicing for over 15 years. I am certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) through the EMDR International Association (EMDRIA) and am a Certified SRT (Sexual Recovery Therapist), Certified PRT (Partner’s Recovery Therapist), and Certified IAT (Intimacy Anorexia Therapist) through the American Association of Sex Addiction Therapy (AASAT).
